In an effort to maximize the availability of our services to our clients, Gloss is asking that all clients book an appointment in advance of their visit. At this time, walk-ins cannot be accepted. Gloss will be taking credit card information at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment. All appointments must be canceled at least four hours in advance.
Your card will not be charged unless you do not show for your appointment or you cancel less than four hours before your scheduled appointment.
Canceling your appointment less than four hours before your service will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of your appointment.
Not showing to your appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the total cost of your appointment.
